Overview

We work hard to develop close relationships with our clients, and we try to work with clients we can relate to.

Mike Vincenzo has been defending clients in complex litigation scenarios for two decades, with a particular focus on the maritime, aviation, and air medical industries. Cases handled include ship and aircraft casualties, vessel seizures, aviation and maritime personal injury and medical malpractice. Mike also works on regulatory compliance issues involving the medical, aviation and maritime industries.

Mike believes that the key to providing excellent representation is a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of his client’s business, both in its technical aspects and broader goals and expectations. He often works closely with experts in fields such as emergency medicine, maritime safety, toxicology and engineering.

He has served as “of counsel” to the United States Department of Justice on numerous cases defending the United States Navy, as well as a wide range of private entities, from small “mom and pop” maritime operators to large national and multi-national corporations. He also worked extensively on the BP oil spill litigation, successfully representing several majorly impacted government entities.
