James Joins King, Krebs & Jurgens' Environmental & Toxic Tort Law Team
King, Krebs & Jurgens is pleased to welcome Amanda R. James as an associate in the firm's New Orleans office, where her practice will focus on environmental law and regulation and commercial casualty, products liability, toxic tort and oil and chemical contamination and exposure litigation.
Amanda graduated first in her class from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was the recipient of several scholarships and was a member of the Order of Barristers. While at Loyola, Amanda served as a teaching assistant, a Loyola Law Review Articles Editor, and an editorial staff member of the Loyola Moot Court. She was also a member of the Willem C. Vis Moot International Arbitration Team, which took first place in the 2016 Guadalajara, Mexico pre-moot competition.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as a judicial law clerk to Senior District Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle of the Eastern District of LA.
