Overview
Carolyn Buckley handles commercial transactions, regulatory work, healthcare compliance and employment law from the New Orleans office of King & Jurgens. She has advised clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on emergency medical services and oil & gas companies.
Carolyn represents one of the United States’ largest air ambulance providers in all phases of its operations, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements, and navigating compliance and regulatory matters. Her recent experience also includes multi-million dollar asset purchases through her work on documentation for vessel acquisition and vessel financing transactions. Carolyn is additionally experienced in preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, master service agreements, nondisclosure agreements, security agreements, employment agreements, medical director agreements, clinical training affiliation agreements, and business associate agreements, among other business agreements.
