Dan Serio is a Member practicing in King & Jurgens' New Orleans office. He focuses on insurance coverage and defense matters, including bad faith and extra-contractual, catastrophic/disaster claims and related mass litigation, first and third party property damage, first and third party personal injury, flood, fraud, and maritime insurance coverage defense.
Dan attended Louisiana State University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in accounting. He then earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, graduating cum laude in May 2009. Dan was born and raised in New Orleans and attended Jesuit High School.
