Overview

Jedd Malish is a skilled and experienced litigator who has represented clients throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. Jedd has handled a wide array of maritime legal matters including collisions, allisions, sinkings, salvage, pipeline ruptures, pollution, commercial disputes, insurance coverage, subrogation, recreational boating accidents and defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims arising under the Jones Act, LHWCA and general maritime law. Jedd has also counseled clients in the drafting and negotiation of master service agreements, marine transportation agreements, purchase order terms and conditions and warranty provisions. 

Jedd received his juris doctor degree from Loyola University in 1995 and his bachelor of arts degree in history from Tulane University in 1991. He is a native of Philadelphia and remains an avid Eagles fan. Outside of the office, Jedd enjoys spending time with his wife and their twin boys.
