Bercaw Named Officer of IBA's Maritime and Transport Law Committee 

Maritime Attorney Jim Bercaw has been named the North American Representative of the International Bar Association's Maritime and Transport Law Committee. The committee is one of the oldest and most established of the IBA, and has more than 650 members worldwide. It has a tradition of being the platform where leading maritime law professionals meet, create connections and discuss the most current legal issues in the field of maritime and transport law.

Jim is a member in King & Jurgens' New Orleans office. His legal practice focuses primarily on the maritime and offshore oil and gas industries, and includes offshore and maritime casualty litigation and maritime lien enforcement and collection.
