Overview
Jailyn Heisser is an associate attorney in the New Orleans office of King & Jurgens. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law, business transactions, finance law, and commercial litigation.
Jailyn earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was an Ignatian Law Scholar and received a Certificate in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. She also obtained a Certificate in Fashion Law from the Fashion Law Institute at Fordham University School of Law. While at Loyola, Jailyn served as Intramural and Selection Chair on the executive board of the Moot Court Program, coached Loyola’s 2023 Mardi Gras Sports and Intellectual Property Law Moot Court team, and was treasurer of the A. P. Tureaud Chapter of the Black Law Students Association.
A native of New Orleans, Jailyn earned her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University of Louisiana.
