Overview

Ryan Gonzales has a commercial and business law practice focusing primarily on corporate transactions, federal, state and local taxation, general corporate law and advices, and finance. He has experience with contract preparation and negotiation, forming and structuring business entities, drafting various transaction documents, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and compliance, representing clients in controversies with taxing authorities, corporate finance, and other legal and business issues.

In addition to private law practice, Ryan has worked at a leading global professional services firm, in-house at a Fortune 500 energy company, and as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance.

Ryan is a certified public accountant (inactive) and received a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University.
